Our Garlic Cooperative formed in the Fall of 2021 as a collective response to grasshopper pressure and water scarcity due to drought conditions. The founding members, four neighboring farms on Road G in Mancos, Colorado are diversifying and strengthening their individual growing operations by producing high quality seed garlic and culinary garlic.
