And just like that, it's Garlic Harvest time again.
The farm seasons and rhythms start to feel semi-predictable after years of farming, or so we hope. This year has been an interesting one with intense drought conditions, a late March heat wave, hard frost in April... you name it. It can start to make farmer feel a little discombobulated.
But, then you have a resilient crop like garlic that reminds us things are going to be alright. We started Garlic Harvest a little earlier than normal this season, and we're very happy to see the Seed Garlic Crop looking gorgeous. Here is photo of Blossom, a beautiful turban variety that we have come to love.
