Silver White - Softneck - Silverskin
Similar to our Idaho Silver, but this variety can sometimes have a light pink blush on harvest. If you're looking for something that stores longer than any other garlic this is your variety. They are one of the last to harvest and grow really tight cloves and heads (thus the long storage)
We aim for 1.75-2 inch plus on this variety. It grows smaller than our artichokes, but much denser for it size. Well rounded flavor for a soft neck as well
