One of 2 new varieties coming from one of our COOP members Duke Jackson at Sol Vista Farms. A white / off white Porcelain type with spicy flavor and large cloves. Similar to music and other Porcelain types, but not as commonly available. This variety was camera shy last summer and we will upload some photos when we harvest in July!
