Happy to report that most of the garlic in the Mountain Roots Produce barn has been taken down and sorted. A couple varieties used for braiding are still up.
The largest garlic bulbs have been sorted into the 'Seed Garlic' crates and the medium/small garlic bulbs are now in their 'Culinary Garlic' crates.
Next step... cleaning.
