Hey there,
Duke Jackson from Sol Vista Farm. The farm was started in 2019 and operates on leased land located between Banga's Farm and Mountain Roots Produce. As a new farm owner, the past few seasons have been riveting to stay the least.
I currently split my time between Sol Vista and my other job as production manager for the Old Fort's Farmer in Training Program (part of Fort Lewis College).
In order to maintain sanity between the two farms, Sol Vista's farm model has radically simplified. I mostly grow seeds now, and a few selected vegetables. I am humbled and excited to collaborate with great friends and some of the best farmers I know to produce and sell high quality Garlic Seed!
