We are soaking up the beauty of fall in Southwest Colorado - this year is especially gorgeous and the colors seem to be hanging a little longer than normal.
One of our Farm Members was in the mountains a couple weeks ago and shared this beautiful image. Here you can see coyote tracks in the snow and yellow aspens in the distance.
We are heading into the fall with better soil moisture than we have seen in several years, and it's a comforting feeling. Let's hope this dreamy fall turns into a very cold and snowy winter!
In the meantime... we'll be prepping beds and planting Seed Garlic into the soil for next year's harvest.
